Job description

City Hearts are currently recruiting for Caseworkers throughout the North West region to work with male and female clients within the Anti-Trafficking Outreach Team of the organisation. Full time hours are available for postholders. This role will require the successful candidate to casework individual Victims Of Human Trafficking; to assess their needs and connect with local services to meet identified needs, empowering them towards independence. 

City Hearts was founded in 2005 with a mandate to fully restore those with a history of vulnerability and exploitation. We began with a single home to help women with life controlling issues and shortly after welcomed our first survivor of Modern Slavery. Since then we have expanded dramatically across multiple regions and now provide accommodation and outreach support to hundreds of survivors of modern slavery every year, as well as continuing to house and support women with life-controlling issues.

The Role:

To key work individual Victims of Modern Slavery across the North West region

Providing regular face to face reviews with clients, which may require home visits to male or female clients

Arranging appointments for individual Victims of Modern Slavery

Following up all the paperwork and details of Victims of Modern Slavery in adherence to the terms of the contract

Ensuring progression of Victims of Modern Slavery through the system within the required time frame

Promoting City Hearts in adherence to the terms of the contract - this may include attending events on behalf of City Hearts as a whole
