Evidence & Insights Manager
Civitas Recruitment are excited to be working with a great charity focused on assisting women who have suffered violence or abuse. The charity provides emotional and practical support tailored to women’s needs and evoke change by working within the system and engaging with professionals within statutory agencies. An opportunity exists for an Evidence & Insights Manager to join the organisation and lead a small team. The postholder will manage strategic relationships, commission work and be much more focused on influencing commissioners/funders and working with teams internally on communications/policy work to inform change to women’s services. Please note that due to an occupational requirement, we can only consider female applicants.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in working with both qualitative and quantitative data. You will be accustomed to working at a strategic level to communicate with policy makers and communications teams to communicate findings and look to improve services. You will also have a keen interest in social research and policy impact and your report writing skills will be of a high standard.
