Civitas Recruitment are excited to be working with a fantastic youth homelessness charity to help source their new Executive Assistant to the CEO. The charity has an international link however its core focus for this arm will be working on youth homelessness within the London Boroughs. The role of Executive Assistant will be varied and fast paced working to ensure robust administrative and governance processes are developed and delivered.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience of working in a fast-paced environment with previous of providing administrative support at executive level. You will have excellent organisational skills and be comfortable with minute taking, board report preparation, project management and other secretarial duties. You will possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills being able to work with a range of stakeholders. Charity sector experience will also be an advantage. Finally, a desire and motivation to work within the non-profit sector will be vital, ideally with youth-based programmes and services.
