Job description

Civitas Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic global charity focused on ending human trafficking and modern slavery. The charity has a truly global presence with operations across three different continents. We are seeking to source an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role will entail the provision of comprehensive support and guidance to the CEO across all aspects of their responsibilities to effectively lead the charity. The successful candidate will be able to anticipate needs, provide critical thinking to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality and operate at pace and with precision often working remotely from the CEO.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience of working in a similar role supporting a Senior Management team or CEO. You will be a confident and strong communicator having the ability to work with stakeholders both within and external to the organisation. The role as mentioned, will be detail orientated at often at a fast pace and therefore we are seeking candidates with great organisational skills and project management experience. Previous experience of fulfilling company secretarial duties and managing budgets and expenses will be an advantage.
