Operations and Executive Support Manager

The charity also provides exceptional housing for older people in their alms-houses enhancing communities and quality of life. A great opportunity exists for an Operations and Executive Support Manager to join the team to work with the Executive Leadership Team ensuring that the charity’s central operations run smoothly and effectively. The role involves providing strategic operations support across the whole charity, including human resources, IT, comms, policy, and compliance. This is a great opportunity to grow your experience in the non-profit sector in a supportive environment.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will be self-starters with great project management skills and stakeholder management skills. You will possess extensive experience of supporting organisations to strengthen its internal systems as well as prepare for change and growth with experience of governance and policy, compliance, systems etc. You will be highly organised and take the lead of various projects including system upgrades, recruitment policies, assist with board meetings and record keeping as well as various ad hoc strategic projects. Your communication skills will be of a high standard as you will also be involved in both internal and external communications projects. This is a truly diverse role which will play a crucial role in ensuring that the charity is able to function efficiently and help it to mitigate future risks and assist with growth.
