The charity aims to define the highest standards of responsible investment and to drive change until these standards are adopted worldwide. They intend to build a world-first programme aiming to transform the investment system for better population-level health. Companies can shape our health through products and services they produce, by considering health when they allocate money with investee companies, investors can drive toward better health outcomes whilst improving the financial sustainability of their investments. A great opportunity exists for a Project and Impact Manager to join the team to support the development of this programme. The focus of this role will be to lead on the implementation and standardisation of the programmes monitoring, evaluation, project management and reporting framework. It is a 1-year fixed term contract (with aim of extending to a permanent position dependent of funding).
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have experience designing and delivering impact management strategies and frameworks, establishing processes and systems e.g., an impact dashboard to enable this. You will possess a good understanding of key project and impact management concepts. Excellent leadership skills are required as you will take responsibility for supporting the team to learn and evolve their practise, based on live impact data. Good communication skills are required as you are expected to effectively communicate plans to the internal team and engage them in the development of these to ensure success. Working knowledge of the investment system and/or key public health concepts would be an advantage however it is not essential for the role.
