Job description

Civitas Recruitment are proud to be working with a great established charity based in central London to help source their new Project Co-ordinator. The charity works on educational programmes and works closely with schools and educational establishments and runs annual international events. The successful candidate will work to help administer one of its programmes and be a focal point of a busy department with both internal and external stakeholders.

Who we are looking for?

Ideal candidates will be very well organised and be able to multi-task. You will be confident enough to deal with external schools and contacts and organise large events. As such, we are also looking for strong communicators; both written and oral. A background in administration will also be a relevant skill set and there will be an element of financial administration such as sending invoices which will form a part of the role. This is a fixed term contract until March 2020 however there is the possibility for a permanent role within the wider charity.
