The organisation works with some of the largest FTSE 100 companies as well as smaller institutions and asset management firms both within the UK and globally to try and influence investment portfolios on a range of issues including health, workforce issues and climate change. An opportunity exists to join this fantastic charity as a senior HR and Admin Officer to help support the charity in an exciting period of growth. The HR and Admin officer will assist with HR specific items including recruitment, HR policy design, maintaining HR database as well as support the wider Operations team on administrative duties.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in developing a career in the non-profit sector with a focus on Human Resource Management. You will be a natural communicator being able to manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be familiar with HR database management and have great attention to detail. You will possess great interpersonal skills being able to work in a collaborative manner valuing great team ethos. Charity sector experience, CIPD qualification (level 3 or equivalent) will be an advantage as well as the ability to speak French although these are not essential.
