Direct Marketing Specialist
You will join us as a Direct Marketing Specialist, where you will help the charity achieve its long-term strategy by developing and retaining donors and other committed supporters. Compassion’s ambitious growth plans seek to significantly build our team of engaged, active donors over the coming years.
The post is based at the Compassion in World Farming international headquarters in Godalming, Surrey (45 minutes from London Waterloo). The office is a 3-minute walk from Godalming mainline train station.
Direct Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
You will be responsible and accountable for a six-figure budget. You will demonstrate strong planning project management and analytical skills, to deliver challenging income and engagement results to agreed targets.
Direct Marketing Specialist Requirements:
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a track record in running a busy marketing schedule (particularly via direct mail, email and telephone), excellent copywriting and creative abilities, and a passion for delivering compelling, results-focused campaigns. These skills will be applied to delivering online and offline retention and supporter engagement communications.
The successful applicant will be able to use their professional, creative and storytelling expertise to inspire our 21st century movement to end factory farming, the biggest cause of cruelty on the planet.

Job type: Full Time, 2 Year, Fixed Term Contract (37 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum (depending on experience)
