Job description

The Claudia Jones Organisation (CJO) is seeking an Operation’s Manager immediately to lead its operations as it transitions out of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The role is new and brings added value and support to the organisation.

The Operations Manager will provide effective operational support across the CJO for a small multi-disciplinary team that delivers person-centred family, gender base violence services, therapeutic interventions, cultural events and activities and volunteering in a dynamic and changing environment. All staff are homebased until we return to working in our London office.

With your previous experience of working in a similar role, and with sound  business operational experience you will be able to communicate effectively at a number of levels as we work towards a new `normal’ along with good experience of working in the BAME Sector.
