Position: HR Coordinator
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £22,458 to £25,240 per annum

About the role:
We are looking for an engaged, vibrant, experienced generalist HR Coordinator to join our fast paced HR Operations team. You will provide proactive professional support to managers in all areas of HR and the employee lifecycle, and be a point of contact for general HR queries in relation to CLIC Sargent HR policies and procedure.
You will be actively involved in and provide feedback on day-to-day HR processes and activities such as recruitment, mandatory on-boarding processes and payroll. We are looking for you to have the ability to work independently and to use your own initiative.
Experience working within a similar HR role is essential and knowledge of current employment legislation, and knowledge and experience of the employee lifecycle would be advantageous. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a strong organiser with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build good working relationships. Payroll understanding and experience is essential and having a proactive approach to problem solving is required.
