Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Administration Assistant to join ClientEarth at an exciting time of high growth for the organisation. The Development Administration Assistant will support the work of the Development team, both in the UK and in the US. They will be an integral member of the team and will assist the department with data management and gift administration; provide administrative support to colleagues; carry out team and project management; and assist with donor communications, funding applications and reporting as required.

The Development Administration Assistant will report to the Database Manager but work closely with all members of the Development team, especially senior team members. The post holder will have key relationships across the Development team including colleagues in the US, and more widely across ClientEarth’s programmes and functions including finance and communications.

Role requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of providing administrative support to large teams preferably within the not-for-profit sector, as well as a high aptitude for working with data, having worked with a CRM database before. They will be highly organised and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced working environment.
