Job description

This is an exciting time to join the Development team as a Senior Music Coordinator. The purpose of this role is to be a key contact point for organisations, industry professionals and artists. They will work closely with the Development and Communications team on implementing our strategy in which the music industry is a key agent of change. This role is dedicated to ensuring we are strengthening relationships, increase our capacity to fundraise and build awareness, and coordinate cooperation between music industry and ClientEarth with internal and external stakeholders.

The Senior Music Coordinator will report to the Global Director of Development and work closely with the Head of Philanthropy, Head of Marketing Communications and other key roles in our Development and Communications teams. The post holder will also work with external stakeholders and supporters, and on occasion with the CEO and select Board members.

Role requirements

As we are about to enter into a crucial decade in the fight against climate change, we are looking for someone who will coordinate and support our deepening engagement with the music industry. Furthermore, the post holder should have strong marketing and communications experience, including delivering public-facing engagements. Also, have a strong understanding of the value of celebrity support and proven knowledge of diverse industries such as sports, theatre, TV, music and film is essential.
