We have an exciting opportunity to lead a new 3 year project, funded by the Lloyds Bank Foundation. Clinks’ Stronger Voice project aims to strengthen the voice and influence of the voluntary sector in order to affect positive change in the criminal justice system. Through a programme of information, collaboration, training and capacity building the project will support the criminal justice voluntary sector to be confident, informed, coordinated and evidence based in its messaging.

You will have an excellent understanding of the role of the voluntary sector and the criminal justice system in order to develop a programme of training and support to ensure voluntary organisations can influence for positive change. The role involves supporting organisations to have a confident voice with informed, coordinated and evidenced messaging and building partnerships and facilitating relationships between the voluntary sector and senior criminal justice system stakeholders. The successful candidate will be part of our respected policy team but work collaboratively with teams across the organisation.
