Executive Director

For over twenty years, the Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights (CRER) has been at the forefront of anti-racism interventions in Scotland.  The opportunity to lead CRER as its new Executive Director is now open to exceptional candidates with the vision to take forward its mission and objectives. 

Salary: £60,000 p.a. plus defined benefit pension

Hours: 35 per week (full-time, permanent)

Location: Glasgow (hybrid)

The successful candidate will be passionately committed to the cause of racial equality, with the drive and gravitas to lead this national strategic organisation. They will have both lived and professional experience, plus the strong capabilities needed to ensure CRER builds on its advances through the next stage of striving for a truly anti-racist Scotland.
