Governors Services Advisor
Main Working Location: Cognus Office (24 Denmark Road, SM52JS)/ Flexible
Salary Range: £28,356-£37,098 Grade 7

Cognus Limited is going through an exciting period of growth and development. To support our ambitions, the Company has the following vacancy in its newly established Surrey Governor Services Team.
To be successful, you will need to:
The successful candidate will manage administration tasks for the service including the running of the governor’s database, ensuring it consists of accurate and up to date information.
She/he will create standard termly agenda for Surrey schools’ governing bodies, organise and facilitate governors' meetings, support the Government Services Manager and manage the process of Local Authority Governor Nominations.
The post holder will attend to daily services tasks and will be instrumental in developing effective relationship between Governors Services and colleagues in Surrey County Council, school governing bodies, trustees and clerks to governors.
