Job description

Are you an enthusiastic and hardworking Personal Assistant with experience of providing excellent administrative support?  Are you a team player with an all hands-on deck attitude?  Are you looking for a busy, challenging and varied position to really sink your teeth into? Then this role in the heart of the South Bank could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As the Personal Assistant to our Head of Commercial, you'll be integral in driving activity and ensuring successful delivery of priorities, projects and workflow. You'll work closely with the Commercial team and other EAs within Coin Street to ensure smooth delivery and to ensure best practice is shared. You will also have a role to play in dealing with our commercial clients, taking responsibility for liaison with the commercial tenants particularly during initial negotiations. You will be managed by the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Group Director.

With clear administrative and secretarial experience, including effective management of a busy diary and inbox, you'll have excellent IT skills across all Microsoft Office applications, have a proactive attitude and exceptional organisational and planning skills. You'll also have strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with colleagues and achieve the necessary outcomes within timescales.
