Join Our Team as a Corporate Partnerships Manager at White Lodge
As Corporate Partnerships Manager for White Lodge, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our connections with corporate partners and donors. Our funding comes from various sources including donations, employee fundraising, volunteer efforts, in-kind contributions, and professional support. This is an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic team, shaping our future in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Supporting over 1,200 individuals, based in Chertsey, we provide diverse services for all ages and abilities. From physiotherapy to holiday clubs, we ensure a safe and accessible environment. Operating costs of nearly £3 million annually are sustained by multiple income streams and voluntary donations. Essential qualities:
- Proven success in a similar role, with a track record of securing income through multi-year partnerships.
- Strong relationship management skills, particularly within the corporate sector.
- Strategic thinking ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and reporting.
- Possession of a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Key Expectations:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy to nurture existing partnerships and expand our network.
- Independently cultivate and prospect new corporate partnerships through various channels, including networking and research.
- Craft compelling proposals aligning with donor interests and operational needs.
- Lead the process of tendering bids with corporate foundations and oversee corporate volunteering days.
- Generate donor-friendly reports to demonstrate the impact of our partners' contributions.

Business Manager - P/T– 26 hours per week
Dyscover is a small, specialist charity providing long term support and opportunities to adults with aphasia, a complex language disability. We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with a strong Fundraising and Marketing background to join our team.
· Experience raising income from a range of income streams particularly Trusts and Foundations also including skills in managing events, individual donors, legacy, corporate and community fundraising.
· Finance and Project management experience.
· Strategic development skills.
· Health, wellbeing, and disability experience within the sector would be ideal.
· Marketing experience; organisational promotion, digital, social media, website and branding. Health service marketing would be an advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with good disability awareness.
Location: Office based in Leatherhead KT22 0BN with free car parking.
Salary: £35k (pro-rated)
This is an essential management role within an expanding, unique and innovative organisation which strives towards being a centre of excellence for people with aphasia.
A highly productive, energetic and extremely well organised individual is required to take responsibility for managing the business side of the charity.
In this rewarding role, you will need to be a strong team player with a good line management style, flexible and confident in initiating decisions, engaging with stakeholders, and communicating effectively. You will need to be able to simultaneously deliver on a number of key projects and funding applications and work to tight deadlines. Experience of working in the 3rd sector is essential.
You will be in regular contact with adults with care and support needs and their families and will play an important role within the organisation, so empathy, patience and a sense of humour are essential.

Are you passionate about equitable society for blind and partially sighted people? We are seeking a creative and experienced Communications Manager to lead corporate communications for Thomas Pocklington Trust. This will include external relations for education, employment and internships and supporting stakeholder relationships with key partners inside and outside the VI sector. The postholder will lead on internal communications and play a pivotal role in increasing the impact of TPT’s work across its core strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will:
· 3 years demonstrable experience working within a successful communications team at a similar level.
· Experience of developing and implementing a corporate communications strategy, including monitoring and reporting.
· Experience of working with national and regional media on high profile public relations campaigns including policy and campaigning issues and consumer activities as well as general public awareness and engagement campaigns.
· Experienced people manager
