Main Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Management:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the Charity's objectives and resonate with our target audience.

About the role
This is a new role for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity as we look to expand our successful Individual Giving & Lottery programmes.
The post holder will deliver quality fundraising campaigns, including Cash Appeals, Regular Giving and Lottery that will grow income, supporter base and lifetime value. We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications professional to join our team and support both the Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King and the wider archdiocese in developing engaging communications and marketing our events and initiatives. Based within the Communications and IT Team within the Chief Operating Officer’s Department you will support the sharing of the good news of the archdiocese both internally and externally within our parishes, with clergy, schools, officers and stakeholders. This role will also lead on supporting the archdiocese in telling the story of the Cathedral, past, present and future and helping build the vision of the new Visitor Centre. We are seeking an experienced professional who can help us translate our vision and engage with our communities and visitors to our city. The successful post-holder will work between St Margaret Clitherow Centre and the Cathedral (2 days per week), with travel across the Archdiocese as required. - Working with your line manager and where delegated, the Apprenticeship Outreach Programme Manager, to create bespoke events and short courses for potential apprentices.

Our Communications and Engagement Officer will lead on the work of our new Community Hub project and promote all the great things that CfD does e.g. the events and activities as part of our Deaf People Together project. This is an exciting opportunity to help CfD improve our communications, and to support the Deaf Community and hard of hearing people throughout Bristol with managing and sharing their information. Develop a virtual information hub, where information on CfD events and other activities in Bristol will be fully accessible to all deaf people, using CfD’s website, social media, apps, and newsletters.

Support deaf people with producing their own newsletters using BSL and subtitles. Our aim is to have a regular newsletter that is produced and managed by deaf people.

Develop a CfD “newsround” – a regular video round-up of events, news, and information of interest to deaf people.

Work with 4 Community Hubs in Bristol to increase their accessibility for and engagement with deaf people in their neighbourhoods, and to increase their understanding of how to include deaf people in activities. This work will include collaborating to deliver deaf-focused events.
Communications

Support other projects at CfD with information dissemination, and media and communications, such as creating posters, video production, posting on social media, and basic updates on our website.

Improve the quality and reach of information that CfD sends out e.g. using other social media platforms.

Support the CFD Community Development Officer by arranging and promoting events.

Brain Tumour Research are looking for two PR Officers to join our PR and Communications team. The PR Officer will work to maintain our status as the leading brain tumour voice in the media through innovative and pioneering PR initiatives. The team’s work puts patients and bereaved families at the centre of what we do in order to raise awareness and acquire new supporters.
PR Officer
Location: Head Office, Milton Keynes
Salary: Circa £33,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time, 35 hours per week. Hybrid working model, employees have the option to work from home up to two days per week.

About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Fundraising & Engagement Team. Acting as the first point of contact for all Fundraising & Comms enquiries and in line with Mind BLMK’s Fundraising and Communications Strategy, this is a busy role and will require excellent stewardship and donor care skills as well as meticulous organisation and innovative thinking. As an Ambassador for Mind BLMK, you will need to have a passion for mental health and an ability to operate at all levels.
The successful applicant will generate income and support all aspects of communication and marketing, to help to maximise local support, raise awareness of our work in the community, and by providing exceptional supporter stewardship, in line with Mind BLMK’s Fundraising and Communication strategy.
Key Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries and provide stewardship and donor care for Mind BLMK’s individual givers, corporates, groups, volunteers and other supporters of the charity, in line with the fundraising strategy.
- Act as first point of contact for all marketing, PR and event enquiries.
- Send donors bespoke information and materials to support their fundraising at Mind BLMK.
- Ensure supporter interaction points (telephone, post, email) adhere to the highest standard.
- Support existing and develop new partnerships with corporates, organisations, and individuals, to support income growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with philanthropists and encourage legacy giving.
- Help with the co-ordination of fundraising volunteers, as requested or as appropriate.
- Help to identify and develop potential areas of fundraising growth and process improvements, in line with the Fundraising Strategy and supporting net income growth.
- Write and send outgoing thank you letters to all income streams.
- Help maintain an up-to-date and accurate supporter database, finance log and fundraising and communications materials.
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies and targeted campaigns; plan, develop, and ensure the production of multi-media communications, PR, and marketing materials and compelling stories.
- Work closely with external organisations in order to raise awareness of services available locally and increase access to provision for individuals across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.

What's the role about?
For the key strategic business partnership within the dairy sector the role will visit farmer-suppliers and provide in-person habitat advice, and speak with farmers remotely (via Teams / Zoom) to understand their farming operation and provide habitat advice.
You will use this insight and experience to help inform the marketing tools and advisory programme for broader supply chain (other farms) within the partnership.
For other Fair to Nature farmers, and businesses directly linked to them, you will prepare for and complete advisory visits and follow up with applicant Fair to Nature farmers and share the benefits of Fair to Nature certification. Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of land management practices that deliver nature and wider environment benefits on farmland.

- Understanding of agricultural systems and how conservation management may impact on farming practice.
- Able to communicate effectively with farmers and advise them on land management for nature.

As Capital Campaign Lead for Special Events & Relationships, you will work with the Head of Philanthropy and Capital Appeals, and colleagues in the Philanthropy Team and across EAAA, to create and deliver a series of unique fundraising events in the private and public phases of the campaign.
You will be responsible for all aspects of these events, from the concept through to on-the-day delivery, including administration, budgeting, recruitment, logistics, and supporter experience.
But your engagement with campaign donors and prospects will not end there. You will also be responsible for cultivating relationships beyond the events, for identifying donor interests and making compelling asks, and for thanking and stewardship as the campaign progresses. You will also be instrumental in building the prospect pipeline, contributing to prospecting strategy meetings and conducting research as required.
With previous experience within the fundraising sector, you will have a proven track record in supporting the solicitation of gifts of £5,000+. You will have experience of managing projects with multiple stakeholders, forecasting, planning and setting KPIs, and working with CRM systems.
