Job description

Do you have experience of setting up and running an asset-based approach programme?

Are you organised, outcome focused and have the ability to influence across organisational boundaries working meaningfully with local residents and other partners?

Are you able to work with community activists, local businesses and the local voluntary and community sector to identify the strengths and assets in the community and to decide together how to support change in the community?

Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a commitment to the values, principles and process of community development?

If you have said yes to all of the above questions then this new role – St Helier Transformation Programme Manager - could be for you.

The purpose of the role is to provide flexible and high-quality Programme Management to set up and run an ambitious Programme of work in a complex and changing context.  This will mean excellent stakeholder management and the ability to operate credibly on a strategic and community level.
