We’re looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated and friendly Hostel teams.

Flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as shifts will be spread across days, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays.

We’re all about learning new skills and developing so there are plenty of opportunities for you to progress.

About us:

Our Hostels are aimed at people coming out of hospital following an admission due to mental health.

We provide recovery-focused support in a home environment to ensure our clients have the best quality of life, achieve their personal goals and move on to live more independently.

About you:

You’re proactive, keen to try new things and have a real passion to make things better, every day. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient person.

We want to hear from you if you:

•         Can build strong and good relationships

•         Are empathic, understanding and have a sense of humour

•         Have a keen interest in supporting people

•         Have some knowledge of mental health
