Interested in a fantastic opportunity to make a difference?

We are looking for energetic and inspiring people to join our CFO Activity Hubs service.

Funded by the Ministry of Justice and European Social Fund, the Activity Hub service launched in June 2021 and is already looking to expand. You will be joining Community Links, an award winning and leading mental health charity.

Based within the Leeds Hub, you will work alongside experienced support workers assess needs and then deliver activities and interventions designed to support rehabilitation and resettlement.

Responsibilities will include –

  • assessing potential participants to identify their interests and aspirations
  • managing a caseload of participants and overseeing their journey on the programme
  • liaising with other agencies and support services to produce positive outcomes
