An exciting fixed term or secondment opportunity has arisen for a colleague to join the Community Links LMWS team as acting Operational Team Manager covering maternity leave. The post is envisaged to last for 10 months. If you are a candidate internal to LMWS please refer to your organisation’s secondment policy as well as discussing with your line manager.
We are seeking a dynamic Team Manager to assist in leading our friendly Leeds Mental Wellbeing Team. With a proven track record in social care or supported housing service management, you will work creatively to ensure the smooth running and continual improvement of our services.
To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, an excellent communicator and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we deliver excellent services for our clients.
