The role of Director for Wales is both a challenging and rewarding one, that ensures CTA is truly championing, connecting, supporting and growing a thriving community transport movement.
We are looking for someone that can bring an imaginative, collaborative and bold approach to this important role, developing our policy and public affairs work in a way that engages and involves our members in Wales. You will play a key role in managing important relationships in Wales and ensuring we are putting forward policy solutions that are evidence-based and will champion the interests of the sector.
Your experience might have been gained working and/or volunteering in a charity or campaigning environment and you will have an understanding of community transport although don’t necessarily need to have worked in the sector. You’ll bring a wealth of policy and public affairs knowledge and experience and must have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. We are especially keen to hear from you if you a strong interest and commitment to championing equality, diversity and inclusion.
