Job description
Concern Worldwide UK seeks a Fundraising Data Analyst with strong technical knowledge to join the Fundraising - Individual Giving Team.

About the role:

The Fundraising Data Analyst will contribute to the development of Concern UK’s fundraising strategy and the achievement of other organisational objectives, through the development of business analysis and reporting, production of accurate data selections, data management and deep dive analysis. The primary focus of this post is to support Concern Worldwide UK but a close working relationship, sharing knowledge and expertise with the Fundraising Data Analysts based in Dublin, is required to maximise results and income. You will lead on producing analysis on donor insights and provide recommendations to the fundraising team to grow income and loyalty.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have a high level of database skills including extensive experience in the construction of complex data extracts and reports. Strong technical knowledge and experience in analysis techniques. Must be able to generate complex statistical information and both interpret and communicate results appropriately. You will demonstrate a good understanding of applying statistical validation techniques with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical specialists. The successful post holder will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

About our office:

Concern UK is currently working remotely in line with UK Government's Covid guidelines. However, once Covid restrictions change, Concern UK is aiming to implement hybrid working with appropriate safety measures in place. This will be a blend of weekly office attendance and remote working based in UK.

Our London office is located 10 minutes’ walk from Clapham Junction Station, a riverside office with great views, tranquil surroundings and easy access to local amenities.
