Connection Support provides a breath of specialist and person-centred support services to a range of people facing complex life challenges. Our services include Housing Support, Homelessness, Rough Sleepers Outreach, Mental Health, Syrian Vulnerable Persons Resettlement, Prevention Matters. We deliver our services in a range of service models including supported accommodation for young people (aged 16-25 years) to prevent homelessness by providing accommodation with 24/7 support as well as providing individual support to people living in their own homes.
About the Role
The Director of Operations and Deputy CEO will provide the leadership and strategic management of Care and Support delivery for the organisation. Part of the Senior Management Team, the role will work in partnership with the CEO and Operations Managers to deliver services which are high quality, sustainable and innovative ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
Connection Support offers 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays per annum (pro rata)
