At the heart of what we do are the exceptional team of support workers, team managers, administrative support and volunteers, and we are currently looking for new people to join our team.
programmes of planned support for up to 12 people (for full time) with a wide variety of support needs who have experienced homelessness. The aim is to help the individuals to become ready and able to find, take on and manage their own tenancy and live independently when they move on from their current supported accommodation.
The aims of the service are to:
- Receive referrals from agencies for individuals who are supported within the Oxfordshire Homeless Pathway
- Work with them to resolve issues such as rent arrears, debts, budgeting, social isolation, lack of basic essentials such as food & utilities in order to progress and move off the Homeless Pathway
- Develop the service users’ skills and knowledge in order to prevent the risk of homelessness arising again.
