The successful applicant will join the established digital and communications team as the digital manager for the delivery of our digital transformation programme. The role of digital manager will be responsible for driving digital delivery across Contact, and involves developing and managing our digital portfolio and roadmap, setting out plans, timescales and reporting for the digital programme.
The role will also be pivotal in helping us embed our digital principles across all Contact teams, supporting staff to see digital development opportunities in their work and helping them to make well-informed decisions about digital projects.
What we are looking for
The role requires an individual with significant experience of delivering digital strategy, including working with online communities, content planning, designing production workflows. Experience of project managing new website builds is also important.
Alongside this, the role requires knowledge of information architecture, online user behaviour, user personas and experience journeys. The digital manager will also need experience of using website CMS and google analytics tools. A knowledge of social media platforms is also desirable.
