HEAD OF PROGRAMMES • £33,000
Conway Hall is actively seeking to appoint to the role of Head of Programmes, a new role, to sit alongside three other Heads of Department, Operations, Fundraising & Communications and Commercial.
As Head of Programmes you will be tasked with providing strategic senior management support to the Chief Executive Officer, leading on the development of new programming and learning strategies to enhance the delivery of our Charitable Object. You will also shape the programming of engaging, high quality events and experiences to Conway Hall's diverse audiences, both online and onsite, as well as ensuring that audience development is at the core of our programme.
All of which will require an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional, who has proven experience in event and programme delivery for cultural institutions. You will be competent in staff and volunteer management and bring a dynamic, forward-looking approach to the role; Evidence well-developed interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and possess a strong and palpable commitment to the charitable objects and aims of Conway Hall.
