About the role

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for design and implementation of the school sales and marketing strategy for the Foundation, leading a motivated team to achieve ambitious targets across our range of creative education programmes and award-winning resources.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative and ambitious organisation and develop professionally in a supportive, dynamic environment. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic candidate who is looking to expand their leadership skills and take ownership of a crucial and complex project. With a flair for motivating colleagues, this post holder will relish mentoring early career team members and enjoy all aspects of team management.

Through their accountability for our sales strategy, the Sales and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the charity’s development and will, ultimately, have the opportunity to change thousands of lives, through enabling children and teachers to access our work.
