This is an exciting opportunity to join Coram’s Visitor and Conference Team, working in the Rangoonwala Conference and Learning Centre. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for selling Coram’s meeting space, hosting client events, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. Experience in hospitality services is a plus. Good communication and attention to detail are vital, as the external and internal client meeting needs are balanced. Ability to multi-task is also important, as you will be the leader of a small reception team, which is the first-impression of every visitor to Coram’s campus. Coram is a progressive and responsive children’s charity which draws upon a distinguished history and reputation for contemporary practice expertise in creating better chances for children. On December of 2018, the Rangoonwala Conference and Learning Centre was opened by Queen Elizabeth II and serves as a training and development space for both internal and external clients. Proceeds from these meetings directly impact Coram’s charitable mission of supporting the UK’s most vulnerable children and young people. Coram’s historic campus is located near King’s Cross and features open, leafy spaces where the original Foundling children grew up over 250 years ago.
