About Us

Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change (CN4C) is a charity and a social enterprise which aims to transform the quality of life for people, places and communities.   

We’ve been around since 2001 and are focused on affecting change that will make lives better, make Cornwall fairer and combat inequality and injustice.   

CN4C is supporting the delivery of the Positive People programme, which is part of the Building Better Opportunities project. This programme aims to empower disadvantaged people in Cornwall and help them return to employment, education or training.

This programme is funded by the Big Lottery and European Social Fund.

We’re now looking for a Change Coach Co-ordinator to join us on a contract until the 31st December 2021 and support the delivery of the Positive People programme. This contract has the potential to extend subject to funding.

The Role

As a Change Coach Co-ordinator, you’ll support and oversee the delivery of aspects of the Positive People programme. 

Motivating and coaching a team of Engagement Workers and volunteers, you will: 

- Manage a caseload of individuals and ensure they receive high-quality support in line with funding requirements 
- Carry out regular team meetings and caseload reviews with your team 
- Engage and recruit individuals who would benefit from taking part in the programme 
- Work with local partners, employers and organisations to ensure the best outcome for participants 

About You 

To join us as a Change Coach Co-ordinator, you’ll need: 

- At least one year’s experience in a similar programme co-ordination role or a business administration qualification 
- Previous experience of coaching, mentoring and supporting individuals to achieve their goals 
- Experience of managing caseloads in line with targets 
- Previous experience of working with partner organisations to achieve mutual outcomes 

Project management skills would be beneficial to your application, as would a coaching, counselling and/or IAG (Information, Advice or Guidance) qualification.
