Over the Wall is a fun, forward-thinking and creative children's charity that has been on a steep growth trajectory for the past decade with service delivery tripling and income quadrupling over that period. Unfortunately, COVID 19 has pulled that in somewhat but we've weathered the storm and have new funding in place and exciting new plans for the next 5 years.
We currently have a vacancy for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our growing fundraising team and help establish, maintain and grow our income from our fabulous corporate supporters.
In this exciting role, you will use your drive, enthusiasm and excellent people skills to manage and develop our existing corporate partners and help forge new relationships.
We are currently engaged with a fundraising consultancy who specialise in corporate fundraising and in this role you will work alongside them, developing and honing your skills and experience ready to lead the charge next year with potential for new staff to be added to support your efforts.
Importantly, this post offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development and sits within an organisation that believes in fun and cares deeply for children with serious illness and their families. There is also scope to contribute to our wider fundraising strategy, as we grow and develop as a team.
Although based in Havant, we are all currently working from home and there is the opportunity for homeworking and flexibility around working hours when we’re back in the office.
