Permanent, 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Are you an experienced senior fundraising or income generation leader, looking to grab your next exciting opportunity to shape as your own?

We are looking for a creative outward-facing visionary who will take pride in leading and developing the charity’s income generation streams, aligned to our new and innovative business plan.

You will be an adaptable and effective communicator, relishing in organisational-wide interfacing and stewardship of key stakeholders.

People management should come second nature to you, inspiring, motivating and driving your team and colleagues to meet ambitious targets and bend and shape the culture.

You will have significant success of generating income across a variety of fundraising strands (e.g. Major Donor, Legacy, Corporates and Trusts) and are confident to use these strategic skills to develop all social and commercial enterprise (i.e. Bursary Schemes, Pricing, Charity Shops), identifying new and imaginative partnerships.
