CPSL Mind is a progressive and expanding mental health organisation, looking for individuals who are committed to improving the lives of people using mental health services.
We are currently seeking an experienced Community Fundraiser to join our team. This is a brand new post and an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to help shape the fundraising direction of CPSL Mind.
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
At least one day a week working in our St Neots office.
Some flexibility of working from our Cambridge or Peterborough office. Part home based considered
NJC Salary Scale Point 25 - (£28,786.00 per annum)
You will be responsible for generating income from corporate, community and individual donors. We are looking for a self-starter who can bring plenty of ideas and experience to the role. As our fundraising team develops, for the right candidate, there will be the opportunity for progressions into a more senior/managerial position. You will be a values-driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organisational and administrative capabilities with the experience to prioritise and manage a diverse and busy workload.
This is a role with a strong sense of community and you will be able to demonstrate the maturity to manage a wide range of relationships in a positive manner and therefore be able to command the respect of fundraisers. A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of exceeding financial and non-financial targets. It is also essential that you are a car driver with full access to a car, and you are willing to travel across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and work some hours in the evenings and at weekends.
