Based in St Neots with travel across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £21,055 per annum (£26,317 pa FTE)

Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire (CPSL) Mind is a progressive and expanding mental health charity. Our vision is a society in which everyone has positive mental health and feels part of a connected community.

We are seeking an experienced volunteer manager to lead a team of volunteers across CPSL Mind services across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. This post will lead on the recruitment, placement and retention of volunteers across our Good Life, Changing Lives and Perinatal services, and to encourage and support the personal development of our volunteers and peer team.

The successful post holder will be able to build capacity in our volunteering and peer led services in line with the developmental needs of the organisation, and to demonstrate the impact of our services. You should be passionate about promoting positive mental health, be able to demonstrate robust managerial experience and have excellent verbal communication skills.
