Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire (CPSL) Mind is a progressive and expanding mental health charity. Our vision is a society in which everyone has positive mental health and feels part of a connected community.

We are seeking an experienced wellbeing practitioner to lead on an innovative partnership project which will provide strengths-based wellbeing activities for students at Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Cambridge.

30-37.5 hours per week, worked between 9.00am -5.00pm Mon-Fri
12 Months Fixed Contract
NJC Salary Scale Point 16 - £23,369 pa FTE

The successful post holder will adapt, co-ordinate and deliver CPSL Mind ‘Good Life Service’ activities within both universities, working closely with university and primary care partners.

This is a varied role, based within the community, delivering weekly sessions within both universities. You should be passionate about promoting positive mental health, be able to demonstrate strengths-based facilitation skills within community settings and have excellent verbal communication and listening skills. To be successful in this role you will also need strong external stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with partners.
