Project Manager - Community Personality Disorder Service
Based in Peterborough
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Contract: 12 Months Fixed Contract (with possibility of extension)
Salary: £26,317 pa FTE, (£15,790 per annum actual) NJC Salary Scale Point 22

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead a small staff team in delivering a new Personality Disorder Community Service throughout Peterborough. This is a pilot service being delivered in partnership with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) and will provide a strengths based approach using Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT) sessions as well as peer support opportunities.
As this is a pilot project, the successful post holder will be able to adapt and respond to the needs of the project as it expands and grows.
You should be passionate about promoting positive mental health, be able to demonstrate robust managerial experience and have excellent verbal communication skills. To be successful in this role you will also have the ability to build strong working relationships with partners.
