Job description

CRASAC is an award-winning charity seeking an excellent systems administrator to provide key support to our CRASAC Business Team. This role will work closely with the Senior Management Team, requiring someone with a desire for detail and accuracy across a number of crucial areas and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.

The Systems Administrator will play an essential role in the upkeep of our data processes and data quality. Through performing data manipulation, administration and monitoring, this role will ensure that data flowing to and from our core systems are timely and accurate.

This role will lead on key administrative processes across the HR function; managing our digital HR system ‘BreatheHR’, online staff safeguarding (DBS) checks and assisting the team with recruitment and induction administration. This role is for someone who thrives in providing operational excellence and setting up logical processes to ensure systems are optimised to their full potential.

In addition, the Systems Administrator will play an engagement role with our web-based client record management systems (CRMS) database ‘LUNA’.  The role will support other staff within the Client Services Teams to identify technical problems and identify solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for system development and customer satisfaction and has a proactive instinct and excellent communication skills. The Systems Coordinator will need to be comfortable handling a wide range of administrative duties and be able to meet multiple demands and responsibilities. The role may also provide opportunities to offer administrative support to different teams within CRASAC as they help to shape how CRASAC operate and function.

This role is advertised between 28-37 hours per week.
