The Administrator will provide a high level professional support and assistance to the Ulverston Service at all times. The post holder will report directly to the Registered Service Manager covering the Ulverston Service. The post holder must be able to plan and prioritise a varied workload, exercising appropriate judgement and responding promptly and appropriately to all enquiries.
The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective business support function to the Ulverston Service. The Service provides dedicated services to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour in supported accommodation that is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
It is essential all services maintain excellent and accurate records using systems that support the service to evidence CQC Requirements and Contract Requirements. Developing and maintaining robust recording systems with Service Directors guidance is a key function of the role.
