Creative Support is a busy and dynamic national charity with a track record in providing high quality, person centred support

We are seeking a talented and highly committed graduate to join our busy Tendering Team at Creative Support. The role will involve writing bids/proposals, editing your colleagues’ bids, creating PowerPoint presentations and contributing to the development of new services.

You will need to be well organised, hard working and flexible as this is a fast paced and challenging role, working to multiple deadlines. You will have excellent writing abilities, as well as strong IT, research and problem-solving skills. You will be able to write creative, aspirational and meaningful submissions that reinforce our person-centred approach to supporting vulnerable adults to achieve positive outcomes.

You will be educated to degree level with a first class or 2:1 degree in a literate or relevant subject. A passion for writing and a genuine interest and awareness of health and social care policy/sector will be very useful.

Full training and on the job coaching will be provided but you must be able to work independently, take ownership of your development, be willing to work flexibly and positively adapt to the changing needs of the team.

The role of Graduate Bid Writer is offered as a 12 month development programme, where graduates who achieve a high standard will advance to the role of Junior Bid Writer following the 12 months. There is a pathway up to Senior Bid Writer for high performing individuals.

You will be based at our friendly Stockport town centre head office with other hard working and high performing people. There will be some opportunity for home working during the Graduate year and then hybrid working thereafter if successful.
