We are looking for an organised and efficient Office and Customer Manager to oversee our newly restructured front-of-house Customer Care Reception Team. You will manage an established team of Customer Care Receptionists to provide front of house cover over a 12 hour period daily.
Creative Support is a not-for-profit provider of social care services operating for nearly 30 years. Our vibrant Head Office has a range of customers including; the people we support, their family and friends, colleagues, local authorities, CQC, other external professionals and the general public. We can receive up to 800 calls a day as well as regular visitors to the office and it is vitally important to us that they receive the highest level of customer care at all times.
We require someone with experience of working within a large office or facilities role, who has excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer care. Experience working in the health and social care sector or a related field is also desirable, as is the ability to manage a team of five Customer Care Receptionists and oversee our service user Meet and Greet Volunteers.
You will also help to support the Facilities and Property Management Teams, as well as our in-house Health and Safety Team, to ensure a safe and well run business environment for the 200 staff who are based at Head Office. During the Coronavirus pandemic, where Creative Support are essential keyworkers, we need to sustain a Covid-19 safe workplace which will be largely overseen by this role. This is a rewarding, interesting and varied role, with full training provided.
Full or part time hours are available. Full time hours are 37.5 per week, and part time to be agreed subject to a minimum of 4 days in the office, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. This may include evening, weekend and public holidays according to the needs of the department although hours will primarily be within Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. You will take part in a rota to ensure cover across the week.
