Creative Support is a thriving, dynamic charity providing person centred services to individuals with a wide range of needs nationally. We require a reliable, flexible individual to work as part of our professional front of house team at our regional office in Stockton.
The role involves liaising with administrators based in other areas; supporting staff across the North East region including Senior Management teams; speaking with Carers, families and other professionals. The administration side of the role entails supporting the regional recruitment and training coordinator, experience in recruitment would be beneficial however this is no essential.
The successful candidate will have a bright, positive approach with excellent communication skills; a clear telephone manner; strong organisational skills; data management skills along with MS Office experience. A high standard of customer care is the main purpose of this post. This is a part time role, working two days per week, 15 hours, however candidate must be flexible and willing to work additional hours to cover annual leave and busy periods.
