About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

Crisis Skylight Brent, based in Harlesden, provides housing, education, employment, volunteering, wellbeing and mental health services that help people leave homelessness.

Important part of our work is also influencing the local provision of services for homeless people.

Crisis Skylight Brent will relocate to a new bigger and inspirational building in early 2021, and the new Administration and Facilities will be playing an instrumental role in supporting this move and ensuring we are making the most out of this exciting new development.

About the role
As the Administration and Facilities Manager, you will play an important role within the local management team, ensuring the smooth running of facilities and administration to support the delivery of our services; liaising with colleagues from across Crisis including Finance and Information Governance, you will ensure our local systems are in-line with the wider organisation requirements and standards. You will work closely with the Crisis’ central facilities management department, acting as their link locally and participating in their team activities.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience in facilities management with sound administrative background; working with colleagues across Crisis and within the local team you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and be flexible and adaptable in responding to changing needs.
