You’ll be joining the Data, Digital and Technology team at an exciting time as we continue to embed the use of core systems to help achieve our organisational goals. Product Ownership represents a relatively new discipline at the organisation and as such your voice will be crucial in helping shape the function. The team is a friendly and dedicated bunch, who are always looking to learn, improve and crucially be part of Crisis’ wider goal of ending homelessness. 
 

Title: MAPS Product Owner

Salary: £51,141 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Remote / Based in London or one of our Skylights - Edinburgh, Newcastle, Birmingham, Merseyside, South Wales, Croydon, Brent.  (We are open to a range of flexible working options, in line with Crisis’ Hybrid-Working Policy)

About the role

As Product Owner for our Client Case Management System (MAPS), you will be responsible for aligning the strategic direction of Client Services with the operational and functional capabilities of MAPS. Owning the roadmap, you’ll work with colleagues across the organisation to help realise and embed changes that enable our front line staff to deliver impactful services that help end people’s homelessness.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have/be an experienced Product Owner with demonstrable experience in operating in a complex and fluid environment. You’ll use your impeccable stakeholder management skills to bring people together and drive a culture of continuous improvement when using MAPS.

We are looking for someone who’ll embody and champion user-centric development, representing end users across Data, Digital and Technology. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 would be an advantage but more important is your ability to understand and evaluate processes, identifying areas where the use of technology can empower and enable.

You may have experience in; Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Relationship Management, Frontline services within the homelessness sector
