About the role
This is an exciting new position in our ambitious and award-winning fundraising team, committed to finding innovative ways to build Crisis’ profile and support across the UK
In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to income growth across the West Midlands, and you will be involved in the development of networks and activity to generate funds from communities, individuals, local trusts, companies and volunteer fundraising groups, whilst ensuring an excellent supporter experience.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of using your excellent communication skills to build a wide range of successful relationships and deliver first-rate supporter or customer care, ideally including having worked with volunteers.
You will be comfortable working remotely, often away from other fundraising colleagues, and will need to demonstrate your ability to use your own initiative to research and identify opportunities and deliver projects or events.
And, you’ll be highly motivated to help achieve the change needed to end homelessness altogether.
