Crisis has grown significantly in recent years and there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Insight Analyst to join the team.
About the role
Working in the Technology and Data team, you will create insight that will inform the development of all elements of the supporter journey, driving supporter engagement and income generation.
You will support the team to promote and embed the use of business intelligence and robust data analysis within the organisation, as we strive to build and embed a new data strategy. You will also support the production and ongoing maintenance of all regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
To be successful in this role you will be accustomed to advanced data analysis and manipulation techniques, ideally with a good knowledge of SQL. You will be enthusiastic about bringing a data-driven approach to decision making, and effectively communicating your work to colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
