About the role
Crisis’ ambitious Marketing and Communications team is growing, so that we can build large-scale public support for our goal of ending homelessness for good. This exciting new role will build and lead a new digital marketing team, and manage our digital communications channels including social media, web content and email, to build awareness and understanding of Crisis and drive key audiences to action.
You’ll be an experienced and enthusiastic digital marketing professional, with a track record of producing inspiring digital content, achieving great results with email and social media campaigns, and using data and insight to optimise an organisation’s digital marketing activities. You’ll have excellent people management skills and be able to make sure that your team works together with colleagues in other functions to create seamless supporter experiences.
