About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Crisis Skylight Croydon team.
As Director of Crisis Skylight Croydon you will lead the team as they adapt the service to meet the immediate needs of homeless people in the current environment and as they deliver a vision for the future that will ensure that the Skylight members have access to a tailored service that will support them to end their homelessness for good.
To be successful in this role you will have worked at a senior level in a relevant sector e.g. homelessness, adult social care, mental health and able to demonstrate excellent project management, financial, communication and influencing skills.
You will have strong networking and partnership building skills with the ability to develop and sustain strategic and operational partnerships that benefit Crisis Croydon Skylight members
You will have the ability to deliver a psychologically informed, inclusive and safe service, using your excellent people skills to support and empower staff to support homeless and marginalised people to overcome the barriers they face.
