About us 
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it. 

We are looking for a Facilities Management Customer Service Assistant to join our fast expanding Facilities Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively as part of the FM team as well as assisting the Facilities Manager and Head of Property & Facilities Management with the provision of a FM service that supports the wider organisation.

About the role
The Facilities Management Customer Service Assistant is a varied role that will see you assisting the Facilities Officer and Facilities Manager as part of a multi-skilled FM team offering first line customer support to our London based Headquarters and Skylight centre as well as the wider organisation through the provision of hard and soft services; including post, stationary ordering, low level procurement and mobile phone equipment.

About you 
As a Customer Service Assistant within the FM team, you will need to be enthusiastic and flexible, demonstrate highly developed administrative skills, pay attention to detail and be an excellent communicator. You will be dealing with crisis staff, suppliers, landlords, managing agents and clients daily so professionalism and excellent customer service skills are of the upmost importance.
